VW T3 syncro speedo gear

Tested and in use since 2021!

New gear as replacement for the standard gear in the T3 syncro.

The gears are manufactured from PA-12 using the Multi Jet Fusion process and are therefore oil and temperature resistant. All are manufactured in grey and are then colored in their correct color to differentiate them.

Please refer to the installation instructions under "Attachments".

ATTENTION:

You are only buying the gear, not including the shaft. You need to remove your old gear from the shaft and glue the new one onto it with a 2K-glue (e.g. Petec 98625 / PETEC Power BiBond)

ATTENTION:

Before assembling the gear on the shaft, you have to make sure, the shaft is running absolutely freely in the bushing (outer sleeve). If not, you need to ream it with a reamer, diameter 10 mm, h7 tolerance.
